If your volleyball arrives damaged, defective, or has an issue that prevents it from working as intended, contact our support team within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue so we can review your request as quickly as possible.
Once your claim is approved, we’ll work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, loss, or damage caused by improper care.

What exactly do I get?
You’ll receive 1 NightSpike™ LED Volleyball, ready to use. No pump, batteries, or extra accessories are required.
How does it glow without batteries?
NightSpike™ uses a light-absorbing glow material that charges when exposed to sunlight or a bright flashlight. Once charged, it gives off a bright neon-green glow in the dark.
How long does the glow last?
The glow gradually fades over time depending on how much light it absorbed. For the brightest effect, simply recharge it under sunlight or a strong flashlight before playing.
Can I use it on sand, grass or concrete?
Yes. NightSpike™ is designed for outdoor recreational play and works great on sand, grass, and other outdoor surfaces. Rough concrete may cause faster cosmetic wear over time.
How fast does it ship?
Orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after processing. You’ll receive tracking information once your NightSpike™ order has shipped.
